I just came to stay on the on the same hotel in ishigaki, I really like it both. The have coffee free machine 24h ❤️
We have stayed here for 7 nights. It was a wonderful stay. Great location, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Beds are larger than usual. At lobby we can pick up some hair treatment to use. If you didn’t give back the room card to counter for room cleaning, they will hang a bag of fresh towels for you. I would recommend friends to stay here if they go to Fukuoka.
The hotel is nice enough but it's customer service is lacking. I drove to Fukuoka and called and asked about parking before booking the room. I was told there was parking but wasn't told how extremely limited parking is and with no option to reserve a spot; merely first come first serve. We spent half and hour trying to find parking near the hotel with nearly every lot completely full both days we stayed. Do not stay here if you plan to drive. I also was displeased when I made a simple request of having another pillow and was told No, that they're wasn't any more pillows in the entire hotel to spare. Likewise, It's a very loud location so don't expect a quiet night's sleep. We wouldn't recommend this location and will not be staying there again.
im here n very comfortable day in 2days. they also can speak english,korean language. room condition was good. so when you will be went trip and keep key hotel check stand, they do cleaning room. i like breakfast. so their breakfast was nice, delicious.
