Just home from staying 6 days at the HOTEL AGUR i was really impressed & happy wi regards my hole stay if u want a 5 star hotel book a 5 star i booked knowing this was a 2 star & i was more than happy about everything GREAT LOCATION FOR TRAIN , BEACH & SHOPS & RESTURANTS , the cleanliness of the hotel was that of a 5 star & the staff were lovely & friendly i was travelling alone & felt very safe staying here felt the staff actually looked out for you !! Agustin , Daniel & Pilar were lovely people & so friendly & polite nothing was to much trouble for them , will i return yes certainly will stayed in Rhonda 4 , pry hotel & las palmeras in past but much preferred hotel Agur , only thing i wished it had was a swimming pool but knew before travelling there weren’t any ,
Honestly the worst place we have stayed. The reason for this isn't just the low quality type of hotel, it's mainly the attitude. My wife and I needed a room some time ago whereby my wife checked in before me due to my work commitments. We are both fluent in spanish so no language barriers. We booked a double room online and when checking in there was a direct disagreement with my wife. The receptionist wanted to argue over the booking even though it clearly stated what we had booked. After some time and me needing to leave my appointment we came to and agreement but this left a very sour taste. This could be an amazing place but the staff let it down. We won't visit again neither will we recommend.
I have been here off season and in high season. Price varies, but always good value. No-nonsense rooms with balconies, though no great view. Excellent base from which to discover Fuengirola and around.
Great little low cost hotel in a fab location. Dont expect any frills there wasn't a bar or a pool but the food was fresh and plentiful and tou have shops, public transport and the promenade very close by. Would definitely stay again.
