Very nice hotel. Good location, 1st lane of beach. A lot of bars around, but inside hotel is very quiet. Recommendable 100%. Friendly staff, especial thanks to Daniel from reception!
I stay at this hotel because I like the location and its small hotel with not 100s of guest so i get served quick at the bar and always a place around the pool. Plus the beach is across the road. I have booked for 2020 . The rooms are small very 1970 but that suits me fine . I like this location very mush only 5 minutes walk from city centre and some great restaurants. We have all our meals out so I can not comment on the food in the hotel
Arrived late into Villa Laredo and check in was simple and efficient. I would say that one of the best things about the hotel is the friendly and professional staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned every day with clean towels provided. The room was small and compact. It's in a great location a short walk from the beach and all the restaurants and shops in the area. I found it a little pricey for a 3 star hotel but in saying that I enjoyed my stay. 2 negatives and they are minor ones are that periodically the drains smell and you can smell them in the bathroom attached to your room the other is the the wash basin had a substantial crack in it and needs to be replaced in room 305 but these 2 things are minor and did not prevent me from enjoying my holiday . A little more attention to detail and this hotel would be fabulous.
Been lovely for the last few days, will definitely be coming back! Staff friendly and welcoming, despite the fact I can only speak two words of Spanish the staff all try their best to speak English which I extremely appreciate seeing as i wouldn't want to do so myself! It's a perfect location for beach view, transportation and any shop you could need literally two minutes away! Pubs bars all local too, sun beams down on the balcony on sea view. Room also comes with a fridge!!
Only bad thing is there's no kettle! I love a brew when I get home from being out all day..... Even if it is 40 degrees hot! (The weather not drink)
It was great place to have coffee and catch up with a friend.... service was great
