Awesome staff, very friendly and always available to help in any matter. Delicious continental breakfast! Nice forniture as well.
Downside: during reservation was told that my room should had ocean view, but unfortunately wasn't the case.
I’ve stayed several times at the Gran Marquise, and it’s without doubt the best hotel in Fortaleza. The rooms are comfortable, the rooftop pool is great, and the breakfast has a very good selection. Though, I missed getting a complimentary bottle of water after checking in.
Beautiful rooms with good ocean view. located right on Beira mar you can just spend time walking down the street which I found safe with enough security.
They had good English speaking reception staffs and few workers speak too.
We stayed in this hotel for new years... They had Arabic theme. I was amazed by the detail and food menu. Good food and good entertainment. Hats off to the event management team... Awesome work..
This hotel is closer to Mercardo pexie and bit of a walk to feira Beira mar but it was a pleasure.
We had complementary breakfast which had good array of food and best is the view from the breakfast room...

I still didnt get my refund for the Jacuzzi. It was dirty. Received an email that said we are sorry the filtration system had a problem and we wont charge you. Bu you charged my card! Please return the $
