I stayed overnight, due to a connection flight. In the bathroom I found trash left from the previous guest. Had to call twice the reception for them to send someone to clean things up. The hotel claims breakfast to start at 6:30, however when I came at 6:45 nearly half of the options were available. The stuff finished organizing the dishes only at 7:00! This is an unexceptble delay.
Another thing, that the corridors smell like mold a lot!
The room was small but functional. The bed, the pillows, the blanket-comfortable and in a good condition.
Well located next to Centro de Eventos
Be it known, it's great for the price, but had no hand soap, only one size bed, not so big. The rooms do not have places for luggage nor any furniture. We asked and received an extra table and chair. It's east to hit your head on light fixtures and your bed pillow rests on the light switch. Closet space was filled with a refrigerator and safe. Underground parking that is difficult to acces with large vehicles. It's especially difficult to exit because of the steep ramp. Restaurant is nice but noisy for breakfasts. Table service only for lunch and dinner. Front desk has no one who speaks English. They have door guards but no one to help you with your baggage during check-in/check out. Bar is small and in the lobby. Property would be great for college students but not for a vacationing family.
Nice option if you want an international standard hotel. Simple but confortable and with afforfable prices.
It's a nice hotel close by the airport and a shopping mall. The convention center is a couple blocks away. The rooms are very nice and tidy. Receptionists are very polite and respectful. I had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the food. There aren't many places to eat around the hotel. If you like to exercise there is a nice gym 2 blocks from it. It's a good place to stay with everything you need.
