low ethics and moral, no respect for local culture, extremely poor costumer care by the admin. Exploiters! Avoid at all costs or you will have blood in your hands. The blood of the land they still from the indigenous as they lobby with authorities to suspend indigenous land demarcation as they want 500 sq of land for yet another resort and private villas complex.
Extremely uncomfortable hotel. Noisy all over the place. Rooms are old fashioned, not well maintained, windows almost non existent with wind wisseling and loud music coming from pool area. People constantly making noise in corridors. It is impossible to rest. It's a 5 star hotel, but outside Brazil, not even 2 deserves. Terrible experience.
This is a fantastic property. It is much more like a luxury resort than a hotel.
We arrived early in the morning with 4 kids. The place we had reserved fell through so we came here. They told us they would only charge half day and then they charged a full day. They wouldn’t correct afterword.
The rooms are just okay.
