Staff are friendly, however service is extremely slow!
Check in took about 40 minutes, and our room was not ready at the time, even though check in is at 2pm and we came around 7pm. So they told us to wait for a while in the hotel lobby while they get our room sorted. Obviously, we could not do anything about it so we just asked kindly if we could get a complementary refreshment for both of us as we will have to wait for a while to get sorted (by their fault) and we were thirsty. The receptionist said she cannot do as she needs to ask her manager, but of course the manager was not there so she could not do anything about it.
After we got a room, we tried to call them several times but no luck, and when finally they did pick up, we ordered 2 bottles of water which never arrived, called them after an hour to ask them again about the water they said they would bring it, and of course they did not so we had to go down to grab them.
Same thing with towels next day, called them twice, waited for 2 hours and at the end had to go down to grab them.
The only good thing was the breakfast with really good options.
Very disappointed with the overall experience as it is mean to be 5 star hotel and we did pay for a 5 star hotel but it is far away from it.
If you want to go for a 5 star hotel and you are ready to pay for it, I would highly recommend to have a look at the other options as this is not worth of it.
Every thing was as I expected, the break fast was really good, you can find fruits, eggs, juice, coffee, many good desserts. I want to congratulate all the people that work there was very nice and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was the bed, the sheets to be a littlemore specific. If I can make a suggestion it will be about that, I know they can do much better.

The location is good, but the amenities and quality of customer service were subpar. I had to ask 4x for my room to be cleaned, restocked, etc. The breakfast was all picked over by 9am even though there was an hour left. The bed did not have a mattress cover which is really disturbing to me, and there were some little bugs in our room. I’d prefer to stay somewhere else next time
Hotel is very noisy. Every footstep above our outside your room you can hear. Very loud in the evenings and mornings to the point that you can’t rest. So glad we’re only staying here 1 night because I would never pay for another. When you call downstairs from the room, no one answers the phone. You have to go down to talk to service staff.
If you’re looking to relax, go somewhere else.
Very bad service specially when you try to call from you room for anything. They never answered and if they do will not help you at all. Hotel is old. Rooms are in poor condition.
