It's a good cost benefit hotel. If you are looking for comfort this is not your hotel. The beach across the street it's not good for bath. But the establishment is well located.
My parents were victims of a crime at this hotel.
Between May 20th and 26th of 2018 my parents stayed at this Hotel for their 38th Wedding Anniversary celebration and unfortunately what should had been a joyful celebration was transformed in their worst nightmare. During my parents stay at this hotel, one morning while they were out going to an excursion to a local beach called Canoa Quebrada, 2 km from the hotel, the hotel manager called my dad’s cell phone asking them to return to hotel immediately because their room was broken in and almost all their belongings were stolen, including their clothing leaving my parents without almost anything to wear. A policy report was filed and initially the hotel manager said that they hotel had insurance and that my parents would be compensated for their loss, but little they knew that their nightmare was about to get even worse. Soon after my parents left the hotel and arrived home the hotel manager started ignore them. The hotel never contacted my parents about what happened and they simply never returned any of their numerous phone calls and e-mails about what happened forcing my parents to hire a lawyer and sue the hotel. The hotel does not have any security system or security cameras on their premises and have no respect for their guests. Stay as far as you can from this place.
Large rooms, nice breakfast, good gamesroom, great vision from up of the beach
