Poor service ("no" seemed to be their favorite word). No adapters for non Brazilian plugs. No valet parking. Tiny pool fits 6 people max. And badly in need of a make over.
Ocean view in 6F is great. Restaurant at night is good cost performance. Only complains are pressure of shower.
Great location. Convenient and safe parking. Room was clean and cozy a bit on the smaller side. Amazing view from the 6th floor. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated.

At night the street is always packed specially on the weekends. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants.
The location is great, right at the Beira Mar Beach. The superior rooms have direct Sea view, but no balcony.
The rooms are very clean and the shower is big and works well. Only the air-condition was a bit loud.
The pool area with the whirlpool is nice. But it's on the ground level unfortunately and doesn't have any view.
The breakfast is good, but could have more variety. However you can order fresh eggs, omlette, tapioca and waffles. And there are fresh juices and fruits, like you expect in Brazil.
Such a pleasant hotel, not like the big ones but nice and comfortable. Didn't get a room (work event in my home town) but the common areas were very clean and pretty. Hotel staff always nice and supportive. The hotel has a pool and a Jacuzzi near it. The restaurant (at least the one I had lunch) had nice meals and a great look to the beach. Location is excellent, just in the middle of the main avenue, by the beach. Easy access to a very famous local street market. Also easy public transport access.
