Good hotel for a reseanable price. It is as one top choice for business trips in the area. Furthermore they have a few meeting rooms for rent and an small auditorium.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are two master suites that are quite upscale also.
No one speaks English, can you imagine?!? A touristic place and they just speak Portuguese.... also, they accused me of having 2 more people in the room, which is not true, and they did not even apologize. One of the worst experience of my life.
So far best hotel out here costumer service is surprisingly better than comfort inn in the USA also very accommodating staff nothing like the other hotels out here any problems is an instant fix or you’re provided a new room if available also love the parking guards are respectful just ask for your name and room number and you car is safe elevators are also there easy access to all floors gym pool so far my favorite hotel.
Also the deluxe rooms are defiantly worth it.
The only bad thing is it seems like some of the cheaper rooms has minor defects but nothing that can’t be fixed by maintenance or a new room. I’d say 5 stars and it’s defiantly a clean hotel! That’s the first thing I look at when staying in a hotel.
Staff is efficient and friendly, rooms are clean, awesome shower.
Its my favourite hotel in Fortaleza , never had such a big bedroom in any other 3 star hotel
