Awesome staff, very friendly and always available to help in any matter. Delicious continental breakfast! Nice forniture as well.
Downside: during reservation was told that my room should had ocean view, but unfortunately wasn't the case.
I was not staying at this hotel but I was helped by the receptionist Andrei. I was waiting for a bus transfer which never showed up and he really rook the time to check with the bus company and even find me a replacement! Thank you for your help I sincerely appreciate it!
Good hotel for a reseanable price. It is as one top choice for business trips in the area. Furthermore they have a few meeting rooms for rent and an small auditorium.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are two master suites that are quite upscale also.
Excellent breakfast. Good location (placed in front of Órbita BLUE, which is the best option for Beach drinks and foot at Praia do Futuro. The service is fine (actually, generally is pretty good, but the daily room service good be better donne).
Every thing was as I expected, the break fast was really good, you can find fruits, eggs, juice, coffee, many good desserts. I want to congratulate all the people that work there was very nice and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was the bed, the sheets to be a littlemore specific. If I can make a suggestion it will be about that, I know they can do much better.
