We usually go in May and stay 4-5 nights. Didn't go last year. Thank you covid! Owners are great people and very sociable. Clean rooms. Pool is nice and clean. Close to everything!! Love the kitchenette in room! We also use the grill to cook out on! Beach chairs and towels to use! Housekeeping is on point! We love going here and will continue staying there!! I had a friend come visit from Fort Myers. Steve was fine with it as long as you let him know. The owners are always kind and courteous to us! Will definitely stay here all the time!
My favorite place to stay while on Ft Myers beach. Friendly owners. Clean rooms, warm pool and the kayaks are a huge plus that you can use for free. Right in downtown close to beach. If you don’t have a rental car this place is perfect and close to a lot of things

I did not stay here but my fiance's daughter and her son did when they visited from Ohio. We live in Cape Coral and drove over for the afternoon to spend the day with them, mostly at the beach. This is the first time we've seen them in a year. Upon arrival, we walked back to the pool area where they were waiting for us. Within minutes, the manager was standing at the fence. He very rudely informed us that no visitors were allowed on the property unless we were paying for a room. It wasn't just what he said but how he said it. Very belittling. We live locally and will steer clear of this motel for sure.
I was here with friends but, we met more friends. I liked the lay out, especially the pool. The view of marina was awesome!
