Location, location, location did I mention location? Marina Village is a 5 story time share on the water and right at the base of the bridge. You can lose your day just watching the variety of boats going by. Resturants are feet away along with all the tourist fare. Gulf beaches are two blocks away and they have their own parking. The units appear to be large for the area at 1200 feet. The staff is friendly and caring.
The new Snug Harbor Restaurant at this location has a pretty sweet location. Right on the bay, the location is perfect and the view are nice. Now on to the restaurant. Great drinks, exactly as ordered. On to the food. We ordered 7 of the appetizers. They were Ok, nothing special and the bacon wrapped shrimp were sour. We sent them back and they were kind enough to refund us. Dinners were ok but nothing to write home about. Simple dishes with not a lot of care. My wife got sick by the end of dinner from the earlier bad shrimp, ruining our night out. She got physically sick twice while still there and then half the night from food what I assume was that bad shrimp dish. Very disappointing. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend the food as of January 24, 2020. The drinks yes. Views yes. Food no.....
The units are beautiful. The upper deck and pool are lovely. Location is on the quieter side -the inner channel, but a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Perfection.
Love this place. Lori and Lisa in the office are wonderful. Condos are clean and beautiful. Can't wait to come back year after year.
Have owned a unit here for twenty years and still enjoy the view and the unit. I look forward to returning every year
