The Bayside Lani Kai is a quieter more peaceful place to stay than the Oceanside. Rooms were very clean, and the location is by everything you need so once you park there you pretty much able to stay there and if you wanted to tell you what you can just walk across the street to the Gulf side Lani Kai.
Nice big room. Full bath, living room, and kitchen in our suit. instead of being one big room with a bath it three. No veiw of the water from our room but well worth the money to be this close to the beach.
My kids and I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant!! The staff throughout the hotel were very nice and very helpful!! The condo was updated and somewhat taken care of, yet I did clean before we unpacked. Thankful we stayed at The Bay across the street, left the party and drunks at the beach at Lani Kai Hotel. (Not a good choice if you have children under the age of 16!!)
Great place and great prices
Need replace mattresses , electrical problems . insect little problem in kitchen . blinds need replacing .
