Obnoxious antagonistic attitude by the staff. Woefully inadequate facility, no idea what "hospitality" means.
Beautiful beach! nice and clean and open
The location of this resort was perfect! You literally walk out your door and you are on the beach sand and in the water. The managers, Carla and Curly, outdid themselves to make sure we had an enjoyable time at Wild Wave Resort from keeping up with fresh towels, bedding, cutting a fresh coconut for us to sample, toys and beach gear to enjoy the sun and sand and a candy cane and special gift for the kids on Christmas morning!
It is with great regret to post that Carla and Curly deserve better tools to make the environment a top rating. I hope the owner, Terry, can purchase brand new bedding, washers and dryers, paint and effective cleaners to update the rooms. This resort does not need to be torn down just to make another multi-million place to blend it with the other glamorous, boring houses. Use your money to get new beds and bedding, update the kitchens and bathrooms, purchase the needed wash machine and dryer so laundry can be done effectively, get rid of the mildew by having effective cleaning tools - I can go on but I know Terry knows what needs to be done. We plan to return if these things can be completed. We love Fort Myers Beach and have been coming for the past 3 years. This was our first time at Wild Wave and it was not the resort that we enjoyed but Carla and Curly.

The location was great. Amazing view. Accommodations are not new. The host was so polite and made the stay lovely
