Location is great! Quiet but yet close to the strip for shopping, beach and fun! There a few sitting areas outside which is nice for new scenery. Rooms were very clean and accommodating however the wifi didn't work in our room. Worked outside just fine. We met some great people. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to it!!
Excellent location. Great pool. If there is a negative, when booking show the exact room being booked. When we arrived, we were a little surprised by how small our room was. Other than that, it was great and very clean.
I am extremely disappointed with the way that we were treated at this hotel. While the property was nice, the management was extremely rude in many ways at multiple instances. The website also advertises free bikes and when we arrived, bikes were only offered for 2 hours unless you would like to pay for an all-day pass. We were charged $70 for having bikes parked outside our room and we were also told that we were “destroying their property” because we had a window cracked open to cool down the room. The day before we left, the toilet proceeded to leak all through the bathroom, kitchen, and part of the room which soaked my friend’s entire suitcase and ruined many clothing items. We were then transferred to another room with little communication. When I called about compensation for the ruined clothes, we were told that we “shouldn’t have had clothes on the ground of the bathroom” and that “water only leaked in the bathroom and not anywhere else in the room.” Maintenance was asked about the water leakage and when they told the manager that the water leaked into the room, she told me that I should have told the employees at that exact moment and shouldn’t be calling after I left. I was then referred to as “hun” on the phone and yelled at by the manager Shannon. After finally agreeing to listen to me, she said if we send pictures of the ruined clothes with RECEIPTS then we can be compensated. Once again, the property was extremely nice but the way the management treated us and handled the situation was very disappointing and embarrassing.
Amazing! Personal attention to our every need, beautifully remodeled. We loved using the bikes, kayaks and paddleboards to see Pelican bay wildlife, dolphins and a manatee! Peaceful times sitting by the dock and liked the outdoor fire to warm up in the evening. So close to Ft Myer beach, and local seafood restaurants, but plan extra time to enjoy this little motel. Paul, the owner was friendly & helpful and the rest of the staff went out of their way to care for us. We will tell everyone we know to stay here if they travel to Florida!
Amazing little spot right in my own backyard. Perfect for a weekend get away or from off the key Express like we did. Contactless check in is the way to go.!!
