Reviews from visitors:
This is a converted motel but it is beautifully remodeled. Not a five star resort but the furniture is better than average and the flooring is great. The kitchen has everything...not always true at timeshares any more. No coffee but we planned ahead so that wasn't a problem. Pool area is nice and lots of chairs. Visible Covid procedure: tp and paper towels both still wrapped, super clean bathrooms. Plan ahead for late night check in. Took us a minute to get someone on the phone with the right code for the lock box. Easy enough...just a pain at 2 am
Staff was very friendly and amenities were fine. The place was not clean. I had to clean the mirrors in the bathrooms, wipe down the walls in the kitchen, and the broom was so dirty and worn out, my husband got a new broom from house keeping. We had hard flat pillows, my husband needed extra pillows and pulled them from the closet. He woke the next morning with bites all over both sides of his face. Oh, and the place mats for the dinner table were really dirty too.
We liked the location though, it would have been nice if it was cleaner.
Very comfortable and clean complex. We had a 2 BR unit. It was clean and well appointed and nicely furnished. Right across the street from the beach too.
Friendly, attentive, and very helpful staff (especially Christina). Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with a full size dishwasher and washer/dryer. The pool is nice and good for families or people without kids. We will definitely stay again!
Never had any contact with any employees after checking in because they were never there. We checked in on a Saturday ask for a lower when we made the reservations I have serious back problems when we arrived was told no they were completely sold out Sunday morning elevator was out of order and I had to walk down three flights of stairs attempted to call front office nobody was there Monday it was still out attempted to call front office nobody was there it is a much older building although you can tell they try to keep it up on the surface but I think the bones of the building have an issue the unit we were and you could see the floors were warped probably from water damage there was a hole in the wall by the water heater and the second bedroom had two twin beds in it but they were almost like they were on a frame not a real bed frame would not recommend an adult sleeping in those twin beds most places we have stayed at including Plano hotels allow you in the pool and or the hot tub till at least 10 at night they Closed Doors Down When the Sun Goes Down at the South End of the island so you have to drive quite a distance to get beach access just not worth the money
