Great experience. The location is extremely convenient to the beach and shops. The free shuttle runs right by the hotel which makes getting around a little easier. Be aware that the shuttle is seasonal but was operating while we were here.
Food at the tiki bar is much more reasonably priced than other places. And they are generous portions too! I mean, it's bar food, but you won't go broke here. So glad we checked it out. It's outside, so both smoking and dog friendly. I have no need for either, but you might. Enjoy!
When I say 1 star, I really mean -1. Terrible experience. The room had a strong musty smell and was dirty. When you are on vacation the last thing you want to do is make arrangements for another hotel because the one you booked was falsely advertised. News Flash: The rooms are not as pictured on the website! We politely approached the issue with the front desk even making sure other customers didn’t hear our complaints. The manager Brianna handled the situation terribly. Instead of trying to be accommodating she was defensive and aggressive. I’m sure the message to have her superior Brian call us never made it up the chain. No surprise. Poorly managed and maintained... waste of money 100%.
Great hotel to stay in. Location is perfect. Bathroom floor was coming apart. AC not powerful enough to cool down entire room. The location, the bar, the friendly staff is what gives this hotel a 4 star.
The staff is nice. Pools are great. Rooms are pretty nice. It’s pricey Bc of the location. But it couldn’t be in a better spot. It’s right off the beach. Shops everywhere around. And they have a sister restaurant you get a discount for staying at the lighthouse. Overall good!
