The staff, led by Heather, the General Manager, have become a second family to me due to some difficult challenges the past few weeks. Their compassion, service, and amazing courtesy have truly made tough days better, and always offered a bright spot throughout my stay. I cannot express my gratitude to the employees at this location. They all truly define the words customer service and have all left a wonderful impression on me. I've been blessed by each and every one of these incredible team members.
Made reservations on the phone and was quoted a price and told them I had to dogs and the price they gave me included the dogs $25.00 per dog per night. When I arrived I was give a room that could not have pets. So they changed the room to one on the first floor. When I checked out I was give a bill that had the price I was quoted and then they add the 2 dogs which was $100.00 more. When I called to bring this to their attention they said that was they price. I asked to talk to the manager and she was not there. They said she would call me when she came in later that day. That was 2 days ago and still no call.
Brand new hotel nestled in the perfect location near restaurants and only a couple miles from the beach! The service and the staff are excellent! Enjoyed all of my stay here.

Staff is friendly and helpful.....showed us several rooms and gave us the choice of what we wanted. Everything is new, so well maintained, of course.
Adjacent to major City bus stop and trolley stop to the beach. Beach is 2 miles from hotel so can walk it or bike it easily. Lots of grocery/Walmart shopping within a block.
