It's clean and staff is helpful. Beautiful place. Really near UFSC. Facilities a little old, but ok.
The location is ideal if you need to visit UFSC (University of Santa Catarina). The room and the breakfast are very good and the garden is phenomenal. On the other hand, avoid the restaurant: bland food and very slow service.
The place is beautyfull. Some problems with the air-conditioning system. But the food is delicious.
Good place for events, with various rooms fitting different needs. Great food and professional service.
Rooms excellent but a little seats in the bathroom to hang clothes, good breakfast but a felt lack of ice in the juices.
