Amazing place. All necessary confort. Walking distance to center but far away from party enough to find quiet time during the night. The host incredibly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very enjoyable too. I would definitely come back!
Great location, walking distance from all the cool bars and shops in Lagoa. Colinas is very clean and well-kept and the staff is friendly, helpful and reliable. Highly recommended.
My husband and I have stayed at the Pousada on two occasions. One just recently, for 6 weeks and another in 2017 for four weeks.
We love the ambiance and charm of the Pousada and it makes us feel very much at home. The Staff and Owners are very helpful and warm, which adds to the welcoming feeling.
The Pousada is located just a short walk away from most of the activity in Lagoa da Concecao with its restaurants, businesses and arts and entertainment. It is also ideally located to explore the endless trails, beaches and villages on both north and south of the island as well as a short drive over the hill to the charming city of Florianopolis and the continent site.
Parking and Breakfast are included in the room fees, with the Breakfast being most nutritious, tasty , fresh and a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers and a good way to start the daily adventures.
The rooms we stayed in were very charming, bright, spacious and comfortable, well cleaned and all necessary conveniences provided.
We give the Pousada and its staff full marks and highest recommendations, without hesitation.
Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
There's also breakfast served in the mornings.
