Amazing facilities and people. The service was really really disappointing. Feels like you are bothering them every time. They don’t share about any discount programs or membership programs when you are checking in.
DO NOT EAT HERE:
The location is very nice, but the service is terrible. You have to come to the deck to order, you wait ages for the food and when you get it it's cold and not really tasty.
They have potential to be better.
Hotel should be better renewed.
Warm swimming pool was closed.
Some activities scheduled were canceled.
Continental coffee should be offered.
The place is nice and tidy and people are very relaxed, however they have to do something better with customers service and improve their restaurant. It’s a hotel for surfers and backpackers but there are not surfing lessons in their package, they only rent wetsuits. You can find surfing lesson across the road on the right with a guy called Daniello. Also inside a restaurant smells of toilet as they keep doors opened from the toilets and it’s not the best feeling when you have some food inside the restaurant with a smell of pee in the background.
Vegan options run out quite quickly so you better off to the place called Baruc across the road.
The place is very clean, nicely designed and furnished, staff are friendly, well located near the beach and the lake, great big kitchen and dining room, beds and linens are new, breakfast is very good and the Bar by the beach is awesome. It also has a large size swimming pool. What's coming soon is another large indoor pool, sauna, playroom and gym..
