Excellent location, very cozy. Small rooms and small building. Great breakfast and overall service.

It is definitely the best option in Conceicao Lagoon. The room is comfortable, the staff is so attentive and the breakfast is amazing! I totally recommend it.

Good location, just need to get the right room, is in front of a bus station and righ on the Lagoa da conceicao witch is one of the best places to have fun in Floripa, good breakfest, clean roons.
