The place is nice and tidy and people are very relaxed, however they have to do something better with customers service and improve their restaurant. It’s a hotel for surfers and backpackers but there are not surfing lessons in their package, they only rent wetsuits. You can find surfing lesson across the road on the right with a guy called Daniello. Also inside a restaurant smells of toilet as they keep doors opened from the toilets and it’s not the best feeling when you have some food inside the restaurant with a smell of pee in the background.
Vegan options run out quite quickly so you better off to the place called Baruc across the road.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for almost a week and we had a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent and the staff was amazing! Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!
Excellent location right on the lake, walking distance to many restaurants and store. Quiet street. If you have a motorbike, it's easy to get anywhere from here.
Full breakfast prepared daily and delicious. The owner speaks English, which is very helpful.
The Ilha Faceira is lovely! Clean, well-kept, modern. It's just a short walk over a bridge to the beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd love to return. The breakfast was great, too.
Área de lazer agradável, bairro tranquilo, bom custo-benefício para a época de temporada. Para quem tem mobilidade reduzida é bom verificar a disponibilidade de apto no térreo, o prédio não possui elevador. Cama boa, apto pequeno, porém o suficiente para o descanso. O café da manhã é bem simples, porém satisfatório. Apenas o café coado precisa ser melhorado, era muito aguado.
Best Hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities are spacious and comfortable, greatly recommend the shared room with 2 stories. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hostel promotes good vibes between guests and proposes cool activities every day via a group chat. If Im ever in Floripa again I know where Im staying.
A pousada é ideal para casais, ficamos (eu e namorada), encantados com cada detalhe na decoração rústica que abrilhanta o ambiente. Acordávamos todos os dias com som, mas não de música mas com o canto dos pássaros. Irá sentir-se em casa.
Such a great feeling when you arrive at a place that is just impeccable. Stylish, ample, super clean rooms with a comfortable bed and a good, hot shower. The breakfast is served on the inviting garden and it's excellent. The kindness and good conversation of the owner makes for the something extra that we always look for in an accomodation. Highly recommended.

You are cuddled on the beach, in the garden and in every second of your amazing holiday. the pictures are amazing but the real experience can't be beaten.
Absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for a few days and it was really a great experience. Very quiet, clean, the owners are fantastic. The breakfast is good and the location is perfect. Oh, and the hot water works :)
