It's an Italian fairy tail. A high class politeness of the staff, a comfortable bed and room, the cleanness and the delicious breakfasts. Is located in one of the best part of Florence in a calm and very beautiful place. 7 min by bus 37 from the station Santa Maria Novella. A magnificent hotel for staying in Florence❤
It was a great privilege to stay in such an ancient hotel steeped in history. The welcome and availability of Niccolo made everything even more comfortable. An unforgettable weekend lived in the wonderful Palazzo Guicciardini.
The owner was wonderful! She answered all of our correspondence before we arrived in Florence and arranged a taxi for us to leave. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location. Would highly recommend this place!
Amazing small hotel. The perfect experience: we were contacted the day we arrived and informed well. Also they arranged a valet parking. The hotel is located perfectly, in the new town, but 5 minutes walk to enter the old city. 5 minutes from the hotel there’s a little square with winebars and a great restaurant. We
The hotel room was great, huge and walk in shower. When we came back from a long day there was cold peach juice and cookies. Letizia from the reception was very nice and helped us with all our requests.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely lovely with so many extra nice touches. It is in a historic building that has been completely restored. Everything is immaculate.
Very beautiful hotel! The room was so fancy but I definitely felt like they could have charged me more but I still would have loved it. Fairly reasonable price for a third floor room overlooking the river.
If I ever travel to Florence again I will definitely stay here again! Absolutely wonderful location and everything about it was perfect!
A very special place to stay in florence. Beautifully decorated rooms in a charming context situated in a perfect location with a rooftop terrace that provides the best view in the city! Also the breakfast is fabulous and is served on a different lovely terrace with magnificent views over the Arno. Altogether a wonderful place to stay.
Besides thin walls (can hear other guests) great, comfortable and clean with tasty breakfast and good friendly service, was a pleasent suprise how well this place turned out to be
We very much enjoyed our stay at hotel Ponte Vecchio. Their service is 10 out of 10. The condition of the room was one of the best compared to the other hotels (normally 4-5 starts) that I’ve stayed before. Room is so clean and tidy. I knew I can rest in this hotel after having a very long day. The staffs are amazingly nice and always welcoming. It was superb service. I would certainly come back and will recommend to anyone who is planning to come to this amazing city. Also location of this hotel is really good. All the touristic destinations are in a walking distance and the area is less noisier than near the central station.
The hotel has the best taste! Simple yet elegant; classic yet modernised! The service has beaten my expectations which usually is very high. If the breakfast and hair dryer could be improved, it will be perfect!
A fantastic hotel to stay when visiting Florence. The rooms are brand new and the junior suite are simply outstanding. Very large in-roo balcony to stare at the Ponte Vecchio while sipping a drink.

Big plus of the Hotel is the pool. Small but nice to relax on a hot summer day between sightseeing tours. Therefore perfectly located.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The jacuzzi could only be used upon reservation. Unfortunately it was fully booked for the following day. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this and we would have booked in good time.
My stay at Casa Howard was beyond excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms themselves are so charming and full of character. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff really do their best to make you feel at home during your stay!
Minimalist design hotel in Florence.
Not really near the center, this hotel welcomed us into its structure with multicolored design furniture and creativity. The service was professional and knowledgeable, and even though we had to wait a few minutes to check in, their friendliness made us feel at ease. The design rooms with their size and particular lighting have satisfied our request. Important: we found some bottles of mineral water (sparkling and natural) as a courtesy gift of the hotel in the minibar. The only thing to understand: the bidet which in the bathroom seemed mounted upside down and not easy to access. The experience of breakfast should not be underestimated: Service, cleanliness, order and courtesy as well as the quality of the products have won us over! Everything else fully satisfactory in a low cost for the city that hosted us.
It was my first time staying here and it was so beautiful, tastefully decorated and well designed right in the heart of Florence. The room was very clean and had cool art. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I’ll choose to stay here again.
Such a beautiful hotel - very friendly staff! Perfect honeymoon stop on our tour of Tuscany back in September 2019. Thinking of everyone over there in this difficult time. We hope to be back sometime soon!
