The service was amazing. The nightly "welcome drink" and breakfast was wonderful.
Little gifts with hand-written notes left in the room overnight was a wonderful touch.

What a fabulous place! The lady at the reception was very very friendly and warm-hearted. Our room was so impressive with the ceiling fresco from renaissance. Breakfast was offered with traditional italien food and snacks, the coffee was without doubt excellent! The palace has a super position. You can walk to almost all the tourist destinations by foot. Highly recommonded! When you want to experience Florence, this palace would be a terrific start point!

This place is amazing! I have been to Florence many times and this was by far my favorite place to stay. The amount of value that you get for staying here is much better than staying anywhere else. The staff was very hospitable. They were so kind an helpful with anything that we needed. We were able to bring our dog (she is less than 15kg). the staff brought up a bed and food bowls for the dog. They have a delicious breakfast in the morning as well that is included. The hotel was very beautiful too! It is right in front of the park if you get confused on google maps. It’s a little hard to find but once you do it’s a hidden gem. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, pool, gym, spa, really good air conditioning. The price was worth it for how nice the hotel was, how great the staff was and the location. I am so glad we stayed here and I can’t wait to come back.
Modern and great location. The hotel is very modern and in a great location. Very quiet rooms. The triple room was very spacious including a nice closet for storage. Exceptionally clean and wonderful bathroom and nice amenities. Staff was friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was wonderful. 5th floor observatory was cool overlooking the Duomo Island of Elba water perfume in the lobby was an elegant touch.
A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo. The hotel is stylish and the staff are friendly and helpful and speak a range of languages. Some of the rooms on the 3rd floor have a view of the Duomo etc. Worth asking for one. Breakfast served until 12.
We enjoyed our stay here a lot! The service was beyond perfect!! The interior is glamorous and mystic, we loved the boutique style and slept very good in the comfortable room. It was super clean and we met the cleaning lady one morning, she was so super nice... I felt like visiting friends. Now let's talk about the bar, we had a really great service here and also the cocktails were excellent and not expensive at all. The location of the hotel is great and there are some nice restaurant close to the hotel. We liked the breakfast and were not missing anything. The service is handling this current situation with corona perfect and all went smoothly and comfortable for us. We highly recommend to stay here and have a great time!
Beautiful rooms and location. Huge bathrooms and stunning room. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. The concierge went out of his way to make us feel like family and gave us an outstanding dinner recommendation. We cannot recommend enough!
Gorgeous, clean room in a truly amazing location. The deck was lovely and we enjoyed coffee on there. Breakfast was okay. Friendly people working there. Minor gripes - nowhere to put soap/toiletries in the shower and I felt the price we paid was just a little bit too high for what it was (€390 for 2 nights).
Florence is an amazing city and the staff at Hotel Rapallo made our stay there a truly unforgettable experience. Warm, genuine, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The room and premises pristine, cozy and welcoming and the decor elegant and tasteful. Valet parking an invaluable service and much appreciated and breakfast in the morning couldn’t be faulted. Access to the city center is a short walk away so, thank you to the staff at Hotel Rapallo, we will stay again!

Big plus of the Hotel is the pool. Small but nice to relax on a hot summer day between sightseeing tours. Therefore perfectly located.

My stay at Casa Howard was beyond excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms themselves are so charming and full of character. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff really do their best to make you feel at home during your stay!
Perfectly located in the city with everything very nearby. Beautiful old style hotel with nice rooms and even nicer bathrooms. Great service from all staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Driving to the hotel can be a little difficult as it's in the center and the Italians drive and walk very chaotic.
Beautiful and clean hotel. The jacuzzi could only be used upon reservation. Unfortunately it was fully booked for the following day. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this and we would have booked in good time.
