Gorgeous, clean room in a truly amazing location. The deck was lovely and we enjoyed coffee on there. Breakfast was okay. Friendly people working there. Minor gripes - nowhere to put soap/toiletries in the shower and I felt the price we paid was just a little bit too high for what it was (€390 for 2 nights).

We also had dinner in the 1 Star Guide MICHELIN restaurant at the hotel, it was an unbelievable adventure for the taste !
Perfectly located in the city with everything very nearby. Beautiful old style hotel with nice rooms and even nicer bathrooms. Great service from all staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Driving to the hotel can be a little difficult as it's in the center and the Italians drive and walk very chaotic.
Modern and great location. The hotel is very modern and in a great location. Very quiet rooms. The triple room was very spacious including a nice closet for storage. Exceptionally clean and wonderful bathroom and nice amenities. Staff was friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was wonderful. 5th floor observatory was cool overlooking the Duomo Island of Elba water perfume in the lobby was an elegant touch.
Fantastic location in the historical heart of Florence, beautifully spacious and clean rooms which mix a contemporary style with the unique historical feature of the building. Super kind and helpful staff! Absolutely recommended!
I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Florence. Fantastic room (they upgraded me to an apartment. Breakfast was served in an absolutely lovely dining room. Staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful.
And the location is perfect. Walking distance to virtually everything you'd want to see in the city of Florence and you can hire a guide to tour the surrounding areas in Tuscany.
I am posting this a little late but better late then never right. Me and my wife spend part of our honeymoon here at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. I had some special requests that the hotel was more than accommodating with all of my requests. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is also located in a great location to everything we wanted to do and see. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Firenze. I will stay at this hotel again when we plan our next visit.
It was my first time staying here and it was so beautiful, tastefully decorated and well designed right in the heart of Florence. The room was very clean and had cool art. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I’ll choose to stay here again.
What a fabulous place! The lady at the reception was very very friendly and warm-hearted. Our room was so impressive with the ceiling fresco from renaissance. Breakfast was offered with traditional italien food and snacks, the coffee was without doubt excellent! The palace has a super position. You can walk to almost all the tourist destinations by foot. Highly recommonded! When you want to experience Florence, this palace would be a terrific start point!

The service was amazing. The nightly "welcome drink" and breakfast was wonderful.
Little gifts with hand-written notes left in the room overnight was a wonderful touch.

Very well located, in short walking distance to the Duomo. Air-conditioned, which was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially the waiters. Unfortunately on both mornings, when I had breakfast there, my plates were dirty. Despite that, the hotel was really clean.
Amazing room and roof view! I couldn’t choose a better place to stay on my last night in Italy.
We were very welcomed by the staff, specially the lady working on the roof bar.

The only issue I had was with the toilet as it was tilted
A fantastic hotel to stay when visiting Florence. The rooms are brand new and the junior suite are simply outstanding. Very large in-roo balcony to stare at the Ponte Vecchio while sipping a drink.
I travel a lot for business and for holidays. I have been in so many hotels.. I can say that I live in hotels... But not like Baglioni… This stay as short as it may be (2 days) will linger in my heart for as long as I will live...
The staff, the welcome, the warmth, the ambiance, not to mention the food... it is something that could not be explained with words... it must be lived...
I advise those who are looking for AN EXPERIENCE to stay in this hotel... I advise them to attend a concert in the music room... it has acoustics quality not less than LA SCALLA....

Beautiful rooms and location. Huge bathrooms and stunning room. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. The concierge went out of his way to make us feel like family and gave us an outstanding dinner recommendation. We cannot recommend enough!
A very special place to stay in florence. Beautifully decorated rooms in a charming context situated in a perfect location with a rooftop terrace that provides the best view in the city! Also the breakfast is fabulous and is served on a different lovely terrace with magnificent views over the Arno. Altogether a wonderful place to stay.
Very beautiful hotel! The room was so fancy but I definitely felt like they could have charged me more but I still would have loved it. Fairly reasonable price for a third floor room overlooking the river.
If I ever travel to Florence again I will definitely stay here again! Absolutely wonderful location and everything about it was perfect!
