Excellent hotel with clean room and fabulous services
One of the best hotels in Florence as far as room quality is concerned, true 5 star services. Nice quiet and large rooms. Great location. BEWARE that they will trick you into packages, like “breakfast and massage” and then be extremely limited with the times you can book the massages. I don’t recommend buying a package offer. Breakfast is underwhelming with small selection.
Lovely hotel, well located in centre of Florence. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, you must try the pancakes!
Beautiful, individually appointed rooms. Very comfortable. Great service. Wonderful, Central location, but very quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
This is a small but very sophisticated hotel. The location cannot be beaten with all attractions within walking distance and great restaurants about. High marks for service and cleanliness as well.
