Reviews from visitors:
Minimalist design hotel in Florence.
Not really near the center, this hotel welcomed us into its structure with multicolored design furniture and creativity. The service was professional and knowledgeable, and even though we had to wait a few minutes to check in, their friendliness made us feel at ease. The design rooms with their size and particular lighting have satisfied our request. Important: we found some bottles of mineral water (sparkling and natural) as a courtesy gift of the hotel in the minibar. The only thing to understand: the bidet which in the bathroom seemed mounted upside down and not easy to access. The experience of breakfast should not be underestimated: Service, cleanliness, order and courtesy as well as the quality of the products have won us over! Everything else fully satisfactory in a low cost for the city that hosted us.
Beautiful accommodation with very friendly staff. The city center is just a few minutes away (walking distance).
We arrived with an electric vehicle and the hotel has two Tesla destination chargers (which is a huge plus if you drive an EV). We loved our stay at the hotel and enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
Comfortable beds and nice baths (all bath basin loo fittings are Tilly Losch style 1930's black porcelain) with disco red lights in the leather square panelled ceiling and walls (which do switch off). Couldn't work in room as no table in the room to work at (and very dark, although was offered a lighter one at the back but it had a tiny bath) so went to work in big downstairs restaurant, which is light and spacious. But restaurant chairs and bar chairs all have 3 cms cut off back legs so they lean back, so you can't sit up straight so had to get chair from courtyard to sit on or couldn't write at the breakfast table. Very nice courtyard to sit in and super easy parking and staff are helpful and friendly. But I understand the UNA hotel chain is French and so do the furniture on basis of holiday vibe to be more relaxed and may have thought it was nice for their guests to sit back. But dear UNA - for a business traveller - chuck the enforced relaxation angled chairs out and buy some decent workable ones and let your guests have a crack at sorting their work out - for those not in Florence to see the Uffizzi.
We loved our stay here. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. All of the staff we dealt with were fantastic. Our room was large and more than enough for the two of us. The hotel location is good, not too close to the hustle and bustle of the inner city but close enough to easily become part of it. The breakfast was really enjoyable. One night was not enough, we will definitely be back.
Loved our stay here. Very cool and quirky hotel tucked into a quieter corner of Firenze to escape to after a day among the crowds on the other side of the river.
Our room was exceptional, the layout and decor impressive without detracting from the functionality of the space.
Returning from a day out we enjoyed a quiet drink downstairs at the bar, another area in keeping with the fun but relaxed feel of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic.
