Extremely relaxing
Amazing service, especially the gentleman who takes care of the cars. He repaired our broken car window temporarily - very friendly and professional experience!
Rooms were fine! Jacuzzi was a little bit dirty, but the SPA downstairs looked nice. The safe garage and parking area can be recommended.
The hotel is quiet and only few minutes walking from the city center.
Beautiful central location with nice roof top terace. Modern rooms, free water and friendly staff. (Currently due to Covid) Free valet parking, even beyond Check out!
A Perfect Stay!
I think the other reviews speak for themselves. But this hotel/appartment complex is absolutely amazing. Amazing, helpful staff, just away from the crowded city center but close enough to walk everything by foot, indoor pool, clean and modern rooms and an amazing rooftop terrace open 24/7. Staff even suggested to park at the hotel the day we left for free to get an extra day in Florence. Def 5 out of 5 stars
Excellent location 5 min walk to bars and shops downtown streets. Check-in was quick and we were offered an up-grade ( we’ve booked a superior room with patio and got a large room with kitchenette instead, not sure if this is indeed an up-grade).
Facilities are just great: there is a spa with indoor pool ground floor, access free if you book in advance, we had it for ourselves for couple of hours and was very relaxing, saunas were not functioning but I guess nobody needs them when temperatures outside reach 40. Roof terraces 4th and 5th floor are access free, we took our own bottle of wine upstairs and enjoyed the views and night breeze.
For a jacuzzi session you would be charged 30€ or 50€ bottle of prosecco.
