Amazing room and roof view! I couldn’t choose a better place to stay on my last night in Italy.
We were very welcomed by the staff, specially the lady working on the roof bar.
The room was very comfortable and breakfast was ok.
The only issue I had was with the toilet as it was tilted
We wanted to visit the rooftop bar on September 24th around 22.30 when we kindly asked if the bar is still open. We were welcomed with “what’s it” in a very rude and offensive way. We were then kicked out of the lobby with a “no” and a dispising view and gesture.
A wonderful hotel right in the middle of Firenze, situated almost on the Ponte Vechio.
The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful.I ordered a birthday cake in advance as a surprise. It was organized so well , thank you Roberto .
The rooms are beautiful, especially the bed was so comfortable.
Fantastic Breakfast is served outside, right next to the river Arno .
In the evening we enjoyed a cocktail on the rooftop bar , with an amazing view over the city.
We will definitely come back to this very special place .
