This is a hotel I will recommend to everyone who visit Florence. The location is great, close to many attractions and the main train station. The hotel is clean and even though the rooms may be small (well it is Florence after all!), they have everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The lady who made our coffee was so lovely. Every night we came back to the room we found ourselves a fancy little snack sitting at the coffee table from the hotel staff - how sweet!! Lastly, I wish I asked for all the names at the front desk so I could thank them all here, but all the staffs were so friendly, helpful, bubbly and professional. I could only remember one of the staff’s names Nick - he was such a joy to talk to! All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay and took lots of photos as well ready to show our family this lovely hotel!
Had an amazing stay here! Well worth it. Breakfast was great. Service is equally good. They have Welcome Drinks from 5:30 to 8:30 every day for their new guests
This was an amazing hotel. The service, the cleanliness, the helpfulness were all fabulous. At the front desk, David and Giovanni were the most wonderful people. They called us by our name, provided us wonderful recommendations, and helped us with anything we need. Cris, in the bar area, was as nice as could be. She would always make sure we had everything we needed and took amazing care of us. This will be the only hotel I will ever stay at in Florence. Such a great experience. Thank you Hotel Globus and staff!
Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is diversified and generous with very nice and tasty food. Would like to thank everybody there for their kindness Luca, Emmo, Nicola, Karen, Dina, and all others which I don't know their names. I recommend it strongly, and would like to stay there again.
