We very much enjoyed our stay at hotel Ponte Vecchio. Their service is 10 out of 10. The condition of the room was one of the best compared to the other hotels (normally 4-5 starts) that I’ve stayed before. Room is so clean and tidy. I knew I can rest in this hotel after having a very long day. The staffs are amazingly nice and always welcoming. It was superb service. I would certainly come back and will recommend to anyone who is planning to come to this amazing city. Also location of this hotel is really good. All the touristic destinations are in a walking distance and the area is less noisier than near the central station.
The staff of this boutique hotel (14 suites) are among the nicest I've encountered. They truly make you feel at home. The suites are spacious and very clean. While our first room had a glassed in bathroom, on our return visit, we had a more classic suite layout. The pullout sofa bed is VERY comfortable with a good, thick mattress (6" at least). This hotel is a great value for the price!
Excellent service by all hotel staff, clean rooms and best location. My partner and I really enjoyed our time in Florensce and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also Florensce was unaffected by the recent outbreak and it was unfortunate to see the locals suffer as a result.
Amazing hotel.. we have stayed here 2nd time.. this is our hotel to stay whenever we will go to florence in the future.. rooms are very clean.. staff is excellent.. location is great.. 10 to 15 minute walk to all the tourist locations.. the only complain I had was the traffic noise in the early morning from streets..
Service, Service, Service! This place has been amazing! From the moment we arrived we were greeted and bags were sent to our rooms. It’s very safe, close to Ponte Vecchio and minutes from major attractions & shopping precincts. We stayed with our 1 year old and they were accommodating on every level - even getting their hands on a baby chair for breakfast meals. We highly recommend - they’ve been fantastic!
