Beautyfull place to be in Florence ! Perfect !
We also had dinner in the 1 Star Guide MICHELIN restaurant at the hotel, it was an unbelievable adventure for the taste !
The staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable with a fun view for people watching. We enjoyed the artifacts in the basement of the hotel. The staff members gave us great dining and touring tips!! Can't say enough. It was the trip of a lifetime.
It was a very nice place to stay. Near all the shops and stores. Near museums. Front desk are awesome very helpful and speak english very well. The rooms are great but little smaller and they don't have iron in the room. The breakfast was great. Very clean and cozy.
Stayed here three times now. A great central location for Florence and the train station (if you want to explore further). The rooms are very well appointed, the staff are excellent and the breakfast is truly epic.
Beautiful suite, good view of the cathedral, centrally located. Very friendly and helpful service.
