If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am planning to report and file a lawsuit and do everything possible until I get a refund. We scheduled an Italy trip in May 2020 and COVID ruined those plans. They would only giver us a voucher. EVERY BUSINESS provided refunds except for them. They are not customer focus and are stealing money. They will most likely go bankrupt and this is money lost. I will not stop fighting these criminals. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. TAKE THESE CRIMINALS OUT!
The best thing about this hotel is the excellent location of the hotel, however the service was not appropriate for a superb hotel.
After arrival, the staff didn’t help us with our luggage and even laughed as we entered, since they just handed us a cart to load our luggage.
Furthermore, we told the conciage 3 times that we need to leave at 9:30 with our car, but we had to wait over an hour for our car.
Top of the stay was the power failur at the end of our stay.
I personally can’t recommend the hotel, however the breakfast was good and the staff in the food farm was very nice.
The receptionists are helpful and nice. Special thanks to Amelia for her kindness, she make our stay enjoyable.
Very beautiful hotel! The room was so fancy but I definitely felt like they could have charged me more but I still would have loved it. Fairly reasonable price for a third floor room overlooking the river.
If I ever travel to Florence again I will definitely stay here again! Absolutely wonderful location and everything about it was perfect!
I do not recommend this hotel. We booked it for our honeymoon but due to passport issues, we were not able to go to Italy. It was a nightmare experience and instead of having compassion, the manager at this hotel refused to give us a refund or even let us change the dates (so they can still keep the money they so desperately need). The manager did offer to let any of our friends stay so they can change the name on the booking but not the dates? That's pathetic. She also so "graciously" offered a discount next time we can come to the country. We spent a lot of money to have what should've been a nice experience but the manager of this hotel is cruel. We've stayed at nicer hotels in Florence with better customer service. Book anywhere else but here.
