This place is amazing! I have been to Florence many times and this was by far my favorite place to stay. The amount of value that you get for staying here is much better than staying anywhere else. The staff was very hospitable. They were so kind an helpful with anything that we needed. We were able to bring our dog (she is less than 15kg). the staff brought up a bed and food bowls for the dog. They have a delicious breakfast in the morning as well that is included. The hotel was very beautiful too! It is right in front of the park if you get confused on google maps. It’s a little hard to find but once you do it’s a hidden gem. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, pool, gym, spa, really good air conditioning. The price was worth it for how nice the hotel was, how great the staff was and the location. I am so glad we stayed here and I can’t wait to come back.

Palazzo Castri is welcoming everyone to gain memories that will stay with us forever and to add brightening colors to our exclusive experience collection, especially during the evenings when my outgoing side is already asking for a day off from the average weekdays, to sit together with some friends around a table enjoying some ice-cold drinks.

I stayed at Palazzo Castri for 4 nights with my partner in Oct-20. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance from the train station and most tourist attractions. We stayed in the Superior room (108) overlooking a square. There was no disturbance from the traffic and the room was clean and spacious. We used the spa facilities at the hotel on a couple of occasions and found them very relaxing. The breakfast spread was adequate with options for most palates. In the current Covid environment I was impressed with the protocols in place to prevent the spread of virus. But what really sets the hotel apart is the attitude of their staff. They are courteous and friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to the lovely ladies at the front desk who helped me with my proposal for my gf :) . I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend them.
A beautiful hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, a fantastic spa, in short, the perfect relaxation.
I am definitely both recommend and come back to this hotel. The staffs were very nice, very polite perception and helpful. The ladies at the SPA section were very polite and helpful.
Location of the hotel is perfect too. The SPA facilities were perfect , functional and clean.
