Perfectly located in the city with everything very nearby. Beautiful old style hotel with nice rooms and even nicer bathrooms. Great service from all staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Driving to the hotel can be a little difficult as it's in the center and the Italians drive and walk very chaotic.
Perfect location. Really nice spacious room. Very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet style due to Covid, a little disappointing and slow. Overall a good stay.
Breakfast was alright, the pastries weren't super fresh and the choice of food was nothing special when having 4-star expectations. Bathroom was very small, one could barely fit. On the other hand, staff during breakfast and at the front office were very kind and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the location was PERFECT. Overall I would reccomend!!
The location is amazing, but difficult to reach by car, check-in is not that well organized, we waited around 20min someone to pick up our car. It could get a bit noisy, the walls are thin.

The staff in this hotel is incredibly friendly and professional! The location is not to beat and rooms are very clean and pretty. The breakfast was included in the price and very lovely with a great variety. The WiFi was a bit slow, but that might have been just our room. Very nice experience overall!
