A fantastic hotel to stay when visiting Florence. The rooms are brand new and the junior suite are simply outstanding. Very large in-roo balcony to stare at the Ponte Vecchio while sipping a drink.
This is a fantastic hotel. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels but this was unique for its wonderful location, top notch service in all aspects, and lovely staff. Their turn down service (even leaving hand cream out by each night stand with water, slippers, and making up the bed comfortably for my children- we were in a family room) is great. The toiletries are ferragamo and include eye cream, perfume, etc. Rooms are large with large bathrooms, 2 walk in closets in our room, with an area for coffee/tea, with dishes, forks and spoons if needed. You are in walkable distance from everything in Florence, and eating at their downstairs cafe overlooking the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio is breathtaking. Highly rec , it is a real treat.
Impeccable service (Selina & Staff), Amazing location. This hotel is a must! I went here for my 40th birthday, (did not say it was) and was surprised with champagne and a cake! Selina recommended a beautiful little restaurant...Olio Restaurant, food was amazing with fantastic staff! They too were informed of my birthday made me feel very special. (little things) could not fault the hotel or the restaurant...IS A MUST!
Hotel was perfect! Great space in the family suite and wonderful location. Manusha went over and above making our stay memorable.
