Clean, tidy, with decent food and drink for breakfast.
However, this is not really a 4* hotel, but a 4* B&B, which is a lot different.
Bed was very comfortable, but two singles pushed together to make a queen size. The bedding also gave it away. The room was a comfortable temperature.
The staff were all friendly, but housekeeping need to watch the clock; 7:30 is a bit early to be hearing them clattering around the corridors.
The walls are little thin, so hearing the neighbors is easy.
Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, the centre of Florence being around 10 minutes away.
The airport is a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport, costing 22 to 24 euro's.
We loved staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect.
the hotel looks cool and has a good location but that's it, the breakfast is very poor and low quality for a 4 stars hotel and the paper walls are made of paper since you can listen to everything outside your room stuff is friendly and ready to help! but overpriced
Someone try to crack our luggages which it’s in our room , but the hotel doesn’t take any actions abt this idiot things!!!!!!!
