Very well located, in short walking distance to the Duomo. Air-conditioned, which was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially the waiters. Unfortunately on both mornings, when I had breakfast there, my plates were dirty. Despite that, the hotel was really clean.
Overall a great hotel with quirky looking rooms. Staff was friendly and let us drop our bags after we checked out but the main problem is the location of this place. It's a big trek from the station and and absolute nightmare if you're trying to rent car since all rental places are at least a 20 minute walk. Also they messed up our breakfast order and brought us bacon while we asked for vegetarian options.
One of the best inner city hotels we have been to. Perfect location to explore Florence, the room was very nice, the garden is an amazing spot to relax during the day and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was ok. Highly recommended.
Nice place, really great service, unfortunately the heating in the room didn't work 4 stars because of that.
Very artsy and Italian feel to the place. In an old palace which was wonderful! The front desk was a delight, and the rooms were so so clean and continuously cleaned whenever we left for the day. The breakfast had a huge selection and a really nice wait staff. We loved our stay here!
