If anyone is trying to find good deals for hotels and resorts go over to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and these guys had the best prices any where!
This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely lovely with so many extra nice touches. It is in a historic building that has been completely restored. Everything is immaculate.
We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was absolutely amazing. A special thank you from Francesca that welcomed us at the checking, to all the bar members at breakfast, to the concierges at the door, everyone went above and behind to make our stay even more special. Travelling at the moment can be stressful but the care and 5 stars in hygiene in the hotel, made our stay extremely pleasant. Thank you all for everything guys, we would definitely comeback ❤ Andra tutto bene ❤

Loved our stay at the Westin Excelsior in Florence! The location on the river is great. The view from the rooftop restaurant is phenomenal!
Excellent hotel. Really enjoyed our stay, beds were very comfortable and everything inside the room was just great. Concierge were really helpful with our various requests. In fact, every staff member we encounter was fantastic. My only gripe would be the 40 minutes we waited for the valet to bring our car from the garage, luckily we were not pressed for time. The bar in the roof had a great view of Florence including the Duomo, however 20 euro per cocktail felt a little excessive. The view from our balcony over the river was fantastic, I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
