Modern and great location. The hotel is very modern and in a great location. Very quiet rooms. The triple room was very spacious including a nice closet for storage. Exceptionally clean and wonderful bathroom and nice amenities. Staff was friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was wonderful. 5th floor observatory was cool overlooking the Duomo Island of Elba water perfume in the lobby was an elegant touch.
Great experience spent here. The point of view at the fifth floor is breathtaking. Very comfortable and clean bed & bathroom. Plus, the people are incredibly nice and full of attention.
Highly recommend if you're willing to put the price for a nice hotel very well placed in the city.
My group only had one day in Florence (bad idea by the way - there's way too much to see here) so we wanted a central location. We were not disappointed! The hotel is beautiful and was made even more so when we were upgraded to two suites. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfast. I'd recommend taking a few minutes after breakfast to find the spiral staircase that goes up to a rooftop viewing room.

Great staff, excellent room. 2nd time here. Every time even better. Thank you guys. You make us want to return. Florence is a great place to visit but this hotel makes you want to come again sooner than expected ! Please continue the good work.

Earplugs and bath salts included, free mini fridge, smart TV, very new and clean rooms. We got upgraded as well due to low season. Great service, parking valet for 30-40eur per day. Exceptional location next to the duomo.
