Such a beautiful hotel - very friendly staff! Perfect honeymoon stop on our tour of Tuscany back in September 2019. Thinking of everyone over there in this difficult time. We hope to be back sometime soon!
Excellent location. Good value for money. Garage in the building which is extremely convenient in Firenze. Excellent rooms. Very good bathroom.
Room for improvement; we were a party of 4 and they gave us only 1 key, not sure why.

Whilst most of the services were great, clean sheets, toiletries etc complimentary water was non existent throughout our stay. There were no wine glasses or any glasses & the "free coffee" extended to guests in your room was an instant sachet, no milk! We have never experienced this anywhere staying in a 5 star hotel. Small things count.
I stayed there for 2 days & a night. The place is quite small & cozy.. The room was quite and furniture was clean. Bed& pillows were comfy, clean and got a good night sleep.
Bathroom was sparkling clean, shower was good as well. Water Temp was controllable and pressure was great to have a nice massaging effect while under hot shower.
Reception was friendly & spoke good English
Very elegant and a great location to so many things. Polite and friendly staff.
The only bad thing we can say is the room service food was extremely disappointing. Everything else was fantastic. Very clean.
