A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo. The hotel is stylish and the staff are friendly and helpful and speak a range of languages. Some of the rooms on the 3rd floor have a view of the Duomo etc. Worth asking for one. Breakfast served until 12.

My mom and I did a two-week trip throughout Italy during the second half of January and our experience at this hotel was by far the best. It’s location is walking distance to everything we wanted to see and not close enough to the center of all the attractions where noise and pedestrian traffic would be a nuisance. While the rooms and everything were excellent as one could hope for and expect from a well-reviewed hotel, the staff was truly remarkable and attentive. I would especially like to call out Aman (I hope I’m remembering his name/spelling correctly) who was the reason we remember our stay so vividly and can consider the visit to be truly exceptional. It was a joy each morning to wake up and head down to the breakfast that came as a courtesy with our booking just to interact with him. He is a very warm human being that took every opportunity to go over-and-beyond to pamper us and everyone else dining each morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and hope that Aman is promoted and kept there as long as possible.
This review is long overdue, and I’m ashamed that it is provoked by these trying times of the virus outbreak. But it is during these times where positive morale is a necessity, and I remember the happiness Aman brought to us and to pray that he and the rest of everyone in Italy are being safe and staying as healthy as possible.
Room & bed were great and location is excellent, just 10min from the Cathedral. Breakfast was a mess as we had to wait 15min before we could order, not sure if it was covid related as they seemed understaffed but that was less professional. Don't have drinks in the lobby, a tiny beer costs 5euro, the same one in the bar across the street is 2euro and has a nicer terrace.
Excellent stay! Very comfy beds and lovely staff at the reception. Great service at breakfast from Aman!
