They sell this hotel as 4 stars plus, but if you a problem, nobody helps you! The receptionists are really young and the manager is NOT available! You already pay beforehand so it's easy not to listen or consider eventual complaints.
The hotel inside is beautiful, luxurious with all it's marbles, and clean...but we didn't have hot water for more than 2 hours, there was no assistance with the Jacuzzi or sauna!!!
One of us also got injured in the room, because of the low sealing, but nobody cared....
Practically a hotel with no service or personnel available!

Beautiful place! The room was flawless. The people at the desk were so helpful! They gave us 3 three restaurants to try and they all were excellent! And of course the breakfast was amazing. The waitress went outside and picked a fresh orange to serve! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is excellent!

Beautiful space. We very much enjoyed our time here. The rooms are cute and the breakfast is delicious! All the staff were very nice. The only thing I would change is the scent on the linens. I am sensitive to smells and the sheets smelled very strongly. One night it was hard to fall asleep because the fragrance was too much.
Lovely, modern hotel with beautiful rooms and a great breakfast selection. It is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and one tram stop from the main train station. The staff are very friendly and the whole experience made our stay very memorable. There is parking and a bar downstairs also. The spa is currently not open but is promised to be open soon. I would recommend if you’re planning to visit Florence
