I travel a lot for business and for holidays. I have been in so many hotels.. I can say that I live in hotels... But not like Baglioni… This stay as short as it may be (2 days) will linger in my heart for as long as I will live...
The staff, the welcome, the warmth, the ambiance, not to mention the food... it is something that could not be explained with words... it must be lived...
I advise those who are looking for AN EXPERIENCE to stay in this hotel... I advise them to attend a concert in the music room... it has acoustics quality not less than LA SCALLA....
I HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.... I THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE BEST MEMORY FOR OUR STAY IN FLORENCE...

I had the pleasure of viewing the Relais Santa Croce along with my other group members , Lauren, Erica, Moll . Relais Santa Croce is a beautiful, privately owned hotel located in the heart of Florence. The hotel also offers clients venue space. Their staff is extremely flexible and helpful, and they allow clients to design the space according to how they will be using it, and what type of event they will be hosting. They offer their guests a variety of amenities to accommodate their guests needs. Their venue space is extremely elegant and classy, and holds a very traditional feel. Relais Santa Croce offers the opportunity to rent out the entire Hotel to the party of the Bride and Groom which allows a more intimate experience with their friends and family removing the necessity for their guests to travel to the event space. Relais Santa Croce also allows for outside catering which helps the Bride and Groom in the case that they have their own catering company they wish to use.
Hard to explain. Seems great. But couldn’t complain about the service. There’s very little. Currently sitting in the bar & no now here. The restaurant was very average. All in all pretty disappointed
We were upgraded from junior suite to a very comfortable and spacious suite. love the bathroom, closet and the comfortable bed.The location of the hotel is great and in the heart of the city, walking distance from most of the attractions.
Beside of that they have a three Michelin star restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri..
Finally the staff are amazing, very helpful and beyond the expectations.
I believe the Baglioni chain of hotels are the best in Italy. I’ve tried them in Milan, Venice, Rome and Florence and they never ever let me down.
