Reviews from visitors:
I am posting this a little late but better late then never right. Me and my wife spend part of our honeymoon here at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. I had some special requests that the hotel was more than accommodating with all of my requests. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is also located in a great location to everything we wanted to do and see. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Firenze. I will stay at this hotel again when we plan our next visit.
The hotel is located directly in the heart of Firenze. You only need to walk approx. 5min to every major attraction. The room we had was an Executive Suite and it was very beautiful and clean. The breakfast was nice and delicious. However, the best part of the hotel is the staff! During all of our stays in the last years, we never experienced such a nice, kind and friendly staff. They even helped me to organize my proposal! We are already thinking to come back for our honeymoon.
It was cozy. All staffs are ready to help. I especially recommend the private spa.
This was such a great place! We came to Firenze as part of our anniversary trip, and mentioned this to the staff. We were given the sweetest hand-written note and bottle of champagne, which was so nice of them. The hotel itself is clean, chic, and well-appointed, with a great location near the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful with recommendations for dinner. We wish we had stayed longer!
Amazing hotel at the heart of Florence. Every tourist attraction is close by. The rooms are nice and clean. They are big for being in the center of the city. The rooms are well insulated - you don't hear any noise from the street. The staff is great and always willing to help. They always greet you with a smile. Cab ride from the train station will cost you 12 bucks. The only issue I have was the lack of black-out curtains - I'm a very light sleeper and the curtains didn't do a good job blocking out the sunlight, or the street light.
They also provide a cellphone for you to use while you are a guest. This was of tremendous help navigating the city and researching the attractions.
