Fabulous place to stay in Florence. Very spacious, clean and modern room. Brilliant location, close to everything I wanted to see. The breakfast is pretty rich and of high quality products. I really liked the personal touch of the staff and appreciated their kindness.
Best stay ever.
The building is beautiful and warm, so is the double room where we stayed. But the best is yet to come at the inner restaurant: the food is so good I left the plates as clean as ever (literally). The polenta with mushrooms is tasy, the vegetables flan light and the main courses abundant and delicious. Vin santo and cantucci is a great tradition to close the dinner with
We had a lovely stay and were made to feel really at home. The host was very attentive and could not have been more helpful. Because of the Covid we had to have breakfast in our room but the host brought fresh coffee every morning. The room is big and airy with a lovely clean bathroom that has everything you could need, shower cap, shower fresh etc. The location is close to the train station and only a few minutes from Tram 1 which is every 5 minutes and takes you into the center of town for only 1.50euro. would really recommend the "Leonardo da Vinci Interactive museum", really interesting and fascinating for both children and adults! But Ladies watch your bag as I had mine dipped, they only got a purse of change but it did upset me and left me feeling very shaky :-(
Had my reservation and when I showed up, they just told me that they had given it to someone else, even though it was already paid for 7 days in advance. The guy who answered the phone 'Angel' just said if I wanted the money back, I had a call a number he never gave to me. I had to stay at McDonald's for the rest of the night cause no more rooms available in the area.
Luckily some nice people from the area gave me good vibes and stay with me until the morning.
Great people, good enough breakfast, laaaarge rooms, all very clean, close enough to the Firenze center, bus and tram near by, we've had a great stay, and i recommended it to everyone who needs a peaceful stay in the capital of Renaissance!
