We booked a week in May, last year. Had to psy 2 nights deposit. Obviously hotel not open, but hotel offered us only a voucher which is wirth 20% on top of our deposit. However, we have to book later this year or next year, and prices gone up 50%!!!!! We would like our deposit back in cash. We have been to IKOS resorts before and have got a holiday to IKOS Daccia booked in September . We have booked September holiday with an Agent so can't use voucher they are now offering. We want our deposit back to pay towards our September holiday.
