Another thing is that after the different hands through which it passes they do it better or worse, because it is too noticeable that it is a star hotel but the management is terrible starting with the service we find at reception ... We already know that today, five stars, it is not a joke for that reason Also the prices are more affordable in the month of August, despite how we find the reception service (without uniforming without a mask ...) pool water (cloudy, full of suspended particles ....), the television in the room (did not pick up a signal and the channels were not seen ....) the showers in the pools did not pour water .... Although it was a requirement, as is normal, to shower before entering it.
Of course we went from less to more and what saved and improved was the bar service that the two girls were helpful and pleasant, they were 10. but nothing more.
The restaurant, well ... what we ordered was not bad, but a 25e menu and separate drinks taking into account that the drink (a coke was 237ml ... leaves a lot to be desired) also they took a long time between courses and They did not have a detail while you wait to put at least a few olives ... and that the "partners ... managers ..." were there all day and saw what was happening. If they see it and it seems good to them, imagine when they do not see it ...

We stayed at the hotel 15 days ago. Splendid place and building too. However we did not find the services offered to be one.5 star. The dining room was tight and some evenings didn't have dinner if it wasn't booked, no wifi. No activity offers
Charming hotel in the middle of nature. Very spacious and nice room. Large pool with bar service. However, the hotel restaurant is not up to 5 stars. We had dinner there and the food was of poor quality. Very watery gazpacho and half-oxidized bag salad. Roast chicken with more bones than slices. At breakfast the orange juice was not natural and the bread was frozen. Lots of things to improve.
Little detail with the client. Communication with the hotel prior to your stay leaves much to be desired.
